Home Care Aide – Redeemer Health Support at Home

Immediate openings – Multiple Cases

Be part of an organization that has been providing home health care for over 90 years. Help clients with activities of daily living to improve their quality of life in their own home, providing assistance with personal care, companionship, transportation and a range of other services.


SUMMARY OF JOB

Qualified candidates will enjoy:

  • Flexible Scheduling - Create your own flexible schedule with short (2, 4, 6 hour) and extended (8, 10, 12 hour) shifts, with day, evening and weekend hours available.
  • Competitive Compensation and Benefits – Weekly pay, with rates starting at $16/hour, higher rates for experienced HCA. 
  • Mileage Consideration – We coordinate your client visits to limit drive time and offer mileage reimbursement for client transportation
  • Supplies provided - We provide PPE supplies - gloves, masks, and hand sanitizer. 
  • Free Training - Starting in health care? Returning to work?   No experience needed, we offer free in-house comprehensive orientation and training programs.   
  • Team Support – Although you work independently, you have support of fellow employees and leadership for coverage, client issues and administrative needs.
