CNA Float Pool

Current Float Pool positions are available in the following areas: Eveleth, Faribault, Foley, Gaylord, Litchfield, Mankato, New Prague, Redwood Falls, Two Harbors, Virginia, Waseca, and Winsted.


Position Summary:

Pick your own shifts at various locations based on the needs of Monarch Healthcare Management! This is a full-time or on-call position with weekend requirements.

The CNA provides residents with the highest quality of direct routine care in all activities of daily living, under the supervision of the LPN or RN and in accordance with the MDH Nursing Assistant Program standards, the Resident’s Bill of Rights and the facility Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program. According to the Plan of Care for the resident, CNAs apply skills in basic nursing, personal care and basic restorative services while understanding the mental health and social service needs of the resident and being mindful of the needs in cognitively impaired residents.

The Monarch Float Pool was created to help offer staffing assistance to our own Monarch facilities. Pick your own shifts based on the needs of Monarch Healthcare Management. Travel is expected for this position and there are benefits available. Qualifications:

  • Current registration with the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry.

  • Able to travel to different Monarch facilities.
