What You’ll Do and Who You Are: 

  • As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), we are looking for someone who is honest, likable, energetic, and approachable.

  • You should be able to get along and communicate effectively with people at all levels.

  • We also value good listening skills, great decision-making abilities, and a passion for customer service.

  • You take pride in your work, are resourceful, accountable, and take initiative.

  • You make a great first impression as a professional and kind individual.

  • Additionally, you don’t mind getting your hands dirty with light housekeeping and can prepare a good meal.

We will provide all the necessary training you need to succeed in the role!

Must Haves:

  • Preferred six months experience as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) in health care (in homes or facilities)

  • Must have a compassionate demeanor and a desire to improve the life for seniors ino ur community

  • Have a valid driver’s license and use an insured automobile for work
