RESPONSIBILITIES:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Active CHHA license
  • Physically able to perform the duties of this position.
  • Reliable transportation: if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • Have a valid physical examination within the last year, TB testing or negative Chest x-ray, and proof of MMR vaccine.
  • Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position
  • Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable
  • Pass a criminal background check (national and required by the state)
