Ambulatory Behavioral Health Nurse Practitioner – EvergreenHealth, Bothell, Seattle East Side You are invited to join our stellar Behavioral Health team at EvergreenHealth's Canyon Park Clinic, sharing a space with our primary and urgent care settings. The ideal candidate has experience with providing therapy to adults and is well versed in healthcare. This position works closely on a behavioral health team of four, consisting of two therapists and a patient service representative who assists with scheduling and phone calls. Applicants should have experience working on an interdisciplinary team and feel comfortable staffing cases with the primary care and psychiatric provider as applicable.
