We are Urgently Seeking a School Nurse for a 15y/o Male  G-Tube/Trach/  Monday-Friday 7am-5pm

Differentials Skills Required: - Possess a valid LPN or RN license in the state of Illinois - Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care working as an RN / LPN - Valid CPR card
