Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Wellness Office Nurse position.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing clinical support to the Nurse Practitioner Primary Care Practice within the community, attending to the health and emotional needs of the independent living resident population, and collaborating with the Wellness Office Coordinator to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Current state Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum of one-year experience within a medical practice and geriatric healthcare is preferred
  • Current or eligible for certification in CPR and first aid

Pay Range

$24.72 - $31.50 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
