Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a compassionate and confident advanced practice provider with a background in primary care and a commitment to community health. You’re team-oriented, proactive in your clinical approach, and comfortable managing patients across the lifespan. Experience in family medicine is preferred, though highly qualified new graduates will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive and focused visits, including annual physicals and preventive screenings
  • Diagnose and manage chronic illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and COPD
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging studies
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide education on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle practices
  • Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and administrative staff
  • Document all clinical encounters in the EHR with scribe support
  • Manage a patient panel of approximately 10–15 patients per day to ensure quality outcomes

Required Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted Arizona license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
  • Current DEA registration
  • Eligible for credentialing with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurers
  • Clean professional record with no history of malpractice or disciplinary actions
