Now Referring: Experienced 1099 Home Health Aides – Hillsborough & Polk Counties Are you a compassionate, professional independent contractor who’s committed to providing high-quality home care? We are seeking experienced Home Health Aides (HHA) to be referred to private in-home care clients throughout Hillsborough and Polk Counties. This is a 1099 referral opportunity . You must have a proven track record of working as an independent aide and managing your own client schedules. Work is flexible and varies based on client and family requests. This is a 1099 Role – Not W-2 Employment To be referred for these cases, you must : Have at least 2 years of experience as an independent contractor (1099) Be comfortable working without direct supervision Be reliable, responsible, and maintain professional communication with families and referral staff Responsibilities (Based on Client Needs) Assist with daily living tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal prep Provide companionship and basic mobility support Follow therapeutic and behavioral care plans Offer reminders for medications Support developmental or pediatric care goals, when applicable Qualifications Minimum of 2 years working independently as a home health aide Prior experience working with private clients CPR & First Aid certification (must be current) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation High school diploma, GED, or higher Excellent communication skills (bilingual is a plus!) Professionalism, empathy, and a dependable attitude Must be able to follow COVID-19 precautions in all homes (vaccinated preferred) About the Role Flexible hours based on client needs Pediatric and adult cases available Immediate openings in Hillsborough and Polk counties Must communicate any schedule changes or cancellations directly to both the client/family and the referral office Start Date: ASAP Referral Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
