Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife for a full-scope women’s health practice in Tomah, WI. This is a busy, OB-centered practice that collaborates with both family medicine OB physicians, with deliveries taking place at the local hospital. The practice offers water birth options for women.

You will join a multidisciplinary Patient-Centered team that integrates family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics/gynecology, nurse midwifery, general surgery, orthopedics, optometry, and podiatry.

The medical staff includes three full-time family physicians, two part-time family physicians, a full-time general internist, one full-time pediatrician, one full-time obstetrician/gynecologist, one full-time general surgeon, a certified nurse midwife, one full time orthopedic surgeon, one full time podiatrist, six physician assistants and two-family nurse practitioners. In addition, the Tomah Clinic also provides outreach clinics in audiology, cardiology, ENT, nephrology, occupational health, pediatric orthopedics and podiatry. The Gundersen Tomah Clinic practices state-of-the art medicine and connects you with the entire Gundersen Health System with its digital radiology, telemedicine and a system-wide integrated electronic medical record (Epic.)
