We are seeking Registerd Nurses (RNs) to join the care team at our client’s skilled nursing facility in Stevens, PA. This opportunity offers competitive pay of up to $49/hour depending on the employment option you choose, along with flexible full-time and part-time scheduling, allowing you to provide high-quality care in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional care to residents with diverse needs, including therapeutic, neurological, dementia, dialysis, IV therapy, infectious disease, and wound care
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring proper documentation
Monitor residents' conditions, respond to changes, and collaborate with the Charge Nurse and interdisciplinary team
Support residents' physical, emotional, and psychosocial well-being
Assist in implementing and following individualized Care Plans
Maintain compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and resident care standards
Perform additional duties as assigned to meet resident and facility needs

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Active RN license in Pennsylvania, in good standing
Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to resident-centered care
