Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional care to residents with diverse needs, including therapeutic, neuro, dementia, dialysis, IV therapy, infectious disease, and wound care
Conduct daily rounds to assess resident conditions and provide timely interventions
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring proper documentation and resident safety
Supervise nursing personnel and delegate tasks to ensure seamless operations
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement individualized Care Plans
Adhere to all facility policies and state nursing regulations
Perform additional duties as assigned to support resident care and facility needs

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Active RN license in Pennsylvania, in good standing
