Responsibilities:

Apply knowledge and skills necessary to care for residents with therapeutic, neurological, dementia, dialysis, IV therapy, infectious disease, and wound care needs
Conduct daily rounds to assess residents’ physical and emotional well-being, address their needs, and implement appropriate interventions
Oversee direct resident care, including medication administration and treatments, ensuring accurate documentation
Delegate nursing and non-nursing duties to appropriate staff for the shift
Administer prescribed medications and treatments, and record in residents' health records
Collaborate with the Assistant Director of Nursing and/or Director of Nursing as an active member of the interdisciplinary team
Follow facility policies, procedures, and nursing philosophies, contributing to process improvements
Perform additional duties as assigned

Active, unencumbered RN license in the state where the facility is located
