We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join the care team at our client’s skilled nursing facility in Millville, PA. This opportunity offers competitive pay of up to $45/hour depending on the employment option you choose, along with flexible full-time and part-time scheduling, allowing you to provide high-quality care in a supportive environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional care to residents with a variety of needs, including therapeutic, neurological, dementia, dialysis, IV therapy, infectious disease, and wound care
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring proper documentation and resident safety
  • Monitor resident conditions, respond to changes, and collaborate with the Charge Nurse and interdisciplinary team
  • Support residents' physical, emotional, and psychosocial well-being
  • Assist in implementing and following individualized Care Plans
  • Maintain compliance with all policies, state regulations, and care standards
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to meet the needs of residents and the facility

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Active RN license in Pennsylvania, in good standing
  • Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to resident-centered care
