We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide care in a skilled nursing facility in Easton, PA. This position offers agency pay rates of $30/hour and flexible full-time or part-time scheduling.

Responsibilities:

Provide resident-centered care, addressing physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation
Deliver nursing care for residents with therapeutic, neurological, dementia, dialysis, IV therapy, infectious disease, and wound care needs
Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement individualized Care Plans
Perform additional duties as assigned to support residents and facility operations

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Active LPN license in Pennsylvania in good standing
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
