?‍⚕️ The Role: Medication Aide Extraordinaire 

We’re on the lookout for a rockstar Medication Aide who’s certified, confident, and committed to helping our residents live their best lives. You’ll be a key player in making sure medications are handled safely and professionally — all while building connections, sharing smiles, and stepping in to help with care whenever needed. 

 

? What You’ll Be Doing: 

? Medication Magic 

  • Pass medications to residents with care, accuracy, and state-approved techniques. 

  • Stick to physician orders, pharmacy policies, and Georgia state regulations like a pro. 

  • Document everything properly (yes, even the boring stuff — it matters!). 

  • Keep an eye out for side effects or changes in residents’ conditions and report right away. 

? Resident Support & ADLs 

  • Help residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) — bathing, grooming, mobility, dressing, and more — with dignity and a cheerful attitude. 

  • Make each interaction meaningful and kind. 

  • Be a calm, steady presence when someone just needs a little extra help. 

? Teamwork & Leadership 

  • Jump in to help caregivers during downtime — no job is too small! 

  • Take the lead when management is out — supervise with confidence and care. 

  • Be the go-to for keeping things running smoothly, safely, and joyfully. 

? Professionalism & Growth 

  • Stay up to date on your training — we’ll help you knock out your state-required continuing education.

? What You Bring to the Table: 

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Georgia ✅ 

  • High School Diploma or GED ✅ 

  • Med Aide experience or training (or willingness to complete it!) ✅ 

  • A warm heart, a cool head, and a love for working with seniors ?
