Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Med Tech Supervisor to lead and support our care team in delivering exceptional service to our residents. This position plays a key role in supervising medication administration, maintaining compliance with state guidelines, and ensuring a safe, organized, and compassionate environment for both residents and staff. Responsibilities: Supervise and support Med Techs and Caregivers during all shifts to ensure quality care and compliance with resident service plans. Oversee medication administration, documentation, and inventory control in accordance with state regulations and community policies. Assist with scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient use of staff resources. Conduct regular audits of medication records and storage areas to ensure accuracy and safety. Provide training, coaching, and ongoing mentorship to Med Techs and Caregivers. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and clinical staff regarding care needs and changes in condition. Assist with resident care and wellness initiatives as needed to promote a collaborative team environment. What We Look For: Previous supervisory or lead experience in a senior living or healthcare setting preferred. Current CNA and CMA (Certified Medication Aide/Assistant) certification required. Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining compliance and safety standards.
