About the Role

We are seeking a licensed and experienced Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in vascular care and interventional procedures to support our expanding ancillary vascular services across nursing homes in the Fort Lauderdale area. This full-time, field-based role is ideal for an advanced practice provider who enjoys autonomy, hands-on patient care, and meaningful interactions with the elderly population.

What You’ll Do

Conduct bedside vascular evaluations and consultations within skilled nursing facilities
Order and interpret vascular imaging studies (e.g., Doppler ultrasound)
Assist in or independently perform minor vascular interventions based on scope and licensure
Provide pre- and post-procedure care and monitoring
Collaborate with supervising physicians and primary care teams
Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and ensure follow-up care
Deliver patient-first care with compassion, patience, and professionalism

Who You Are

Licensed Nurse Practitioner in the state of Florida (FNP, AGNP, or ACNP)
Minimum 3 years of experience in vascular, interventional radiology, or a related specialty
Confident working independently in mobile/off-site care settings
Skilled in patient assessment, diagnosis, and interventional workflows
Strong communicator with excellent bedside manner
Comfortable working in long-term care/nursing home environments
Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel locally throughout the Fort Lauderdale area

Bonus if You Have

Experience in ancillary service delivery within SNFs or similar settings
Familiarity with outpatient vascular protocols or mobile care models
Prior exposure to bedside procedural support in IR or vascular surgery
