Experience

• A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
• Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience in medical documentation practices is necessary for maintaining compliance standards.
