Holland Center is now hiring LPNs for our Personal Care Unit on the Day Shift (7am-7pm) who are committed to providing the best life and care for our residents. If you are looking forward to becoming a part of a dynamic team, we would love to meet you!

3 days a week!

Charge Nurse LPN Responsibilties:

  • Provide for the daily care, health needs, safety and comfort of the resident.
  • Assure that restorative nursing care measures are performed as indicated and ordered.
  • Maintain open communication with nursing management regarding conditions on the nursing unit and concerns related to staff, residents and visitors.
  • Explain treatment goals and expectations to the resident and family, in an effort to obtain feedback and cooperation.
  • Supervise/manage personnel on the unit.
  • Any other job duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS OF AN LPN:

  • Must have an active Certification as an LPN
  • Experience preferred, not required

The L.P.N. delivers care to individuals in a community setting utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation.
