Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Behavioral Health

Key Responsibilities:

Administers medications as prescribed, provides education to patients and families, and documents accordingly.
Completes nursing assessments, transcribes medication orders, and maintains patient records.
Identifies patient problems, needs, and strengths, and suggests modifications to the treatment plan.
Participates in interdisciplinary team meetings and provides age-specific communication and interventions.
Assists patients with daily living activities, reports changes in status, and prepares patients for discharge.

Qualifications

Required:

Current license to practice nursing in State of Delaware (or eligible to receive or renew)

Preferred:

Current BLS certification (facility able to provide)
Behavioral Health experience

Shift:

7pm - 7a
Every other weekend rotation
