What You Need:

A current Missouri RN license (or eligible).
A valid BCLS (Basic Life Support) card.
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) — required in some departments.
Working with radiology? You’ll need the right training or to pass our radiology competency checklist.

What We’d Love You to Have:

A BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
Experience in critical care — if you can handle high-pressure moments, we want you!
An RN specialty certification (bonus points for showing off your advanced skills!).
