5th Street Medical Plaza seeks a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the fast-growing family of UT Health East Texas hospitals and clinics.

About the Position:

  • Average patient load of 18-25 per day
  • Join a team of 7 Physicians and 1 APP
  • EMR: EPIC
  • M-F 8a to 5p
  • Outpatient only, no weekend requirement
  • Lab and X-Ray on site

Typical work week is Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm with no weekends or major holidays!! This position will be either a level 1, 2 or Sr based on candidate experience.
