Your Role in Action

  • Prepare patients for examsby reviewing medical histories, obtaining vitals, and ensuring comfort and confidentiality.

  • Support providers during exams, minor procedures, and treatments.

  • Perform phlebotomy, specimen collection, and point-of-care testing as needed.

  • Manage accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system.

  • Assist with patient education and coordination of care, ensuring follow-up appointments, labs, and imaging are scheduled.

  • Collaborate with the care team to deliver seamless, compassionate service to patients and families.
