Job Description

Jefferson Health – New Jersey is seeking Full-Time CRNAs to join our collaborative anesthesia care team at one of our three South Jersey campuses. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work in a supportive, patient-focused environment. Qualifications:

•   Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program

•   Master’s degree in nursing 

•   Active RN and CRNA license in New Jersey or eligibility

•   BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications


Essential Responsibilities:

•   Provide safe, evidence-based anesthesia care in collaboration with anesthesiologists

•   Perform preoperative assessments, develop anesthetic plans, and manage intraoperative and post-anesthesia care

•   Communicate effectively with the surgical team and maintain thorough documentation

•   Participate in department quality improvement efforts, educational activities, and mandatory training

•   Maintain required licensure, certification, and continuing education
