Valley View Manor is currently looking for a PCA looking to be on the fast track to working as a CNA! FAST TRACK OPTIONS: Track 1 : TEST OUT OPTION Many PCAs have the basic knowledge and experience to become a CNA quickly through testing out the written and skills tests needed for their CNA certification. We will provide the CNA Handbook & Skills Handbook needed to study before testing out. We will provide a Q&A with our team to ask any questions before testing out. We will pay for the CNA test upfront once the test is passed. Newly certified CNAs will be able to start immediately facility. Track 2: WORK WHILE YOU LEARN The Facility will assist PCAs with signing up and paying for a local CNA course. While taking the course, PCAs will be able to work in a CNA role for up to FOUR months while they finish the course and test out. This option allows PCAs to take the traditional course while making money. PCAs will have upfront training in the facility to help them feel comfortable in the new position.
