Specialized Care Support: Provide individualized care for residents with specific medical needs, including assistance with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs). Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and timely medication records and documentation, including reporting any adverse reactions or medication errors to the supervising nurse. Resident Monitoring: Monitor residents for side effects or changes in condition related to medication, notifying the healthcare team of any concerns or changes in their health status. Medication Storage & Handling: Ensure medications are stored safely and securely in compliance with state regulations and facility policies.
