The patient population is neurosurgery, trauma, burns and orthopedic trauma. The intermediate care patients are received from both the Burn/Trauma ICU and the Neurosurgical ICU. There are also 17 beds for medical/surgical level of care for neurosurgical, trauma, burns, orthopedic trauma, and bariatric weight loss (gastric bypass and gastric sleeves).
