8:30AM-5:00PM, Monday-Friday, Call required Required Qualifications An unencumbered nursing license in the state of South Carolina, LPN/LVN or RN. Must have, as a minimum, one (1) year of experience with demonstrated success in a position in the facility or in another related health care facility. Knowledgeable of insurance coverage and authorization process pertaining to long-term care is helpful. Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to long-term care. (Preferred) Knowledgeable of wounds. (Preferred) Ability to perform QA tasks. (Preferred)

9a-9pm, weekends as needed (Virtual On-site) Responsibilities: Utilizing the Nursing Process (Assessment, Planning, Nursing Diagnosis, Implementation and Evaluation) provides and documents professional nursing care to patients in accordance with the medical plan of care, critical pathways, established SRH and Nursing Policies/Procedures/Protocols and Standards of Care. Coordinates and delegates the care with/to other professionals and ancillary personnel. Communicates findings as indicated to appropriate person(s). Serves as a resource person for other SRH/nursing personnel to resolve work-related issues. Performs any other job related duties as requested by Supervisor or Department Director. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.

RN Supervisor - Lakelands Nursing and Rehabilitation Center **SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE**

Assists the Director of Nursing; plans, develops, organizes, and coordinates day to day functions of the unit. Required Qualifications Minimum requirements include the following: A nursing degree from an accredited college or university, Minimum two (2) years of experience providing direct care in long-term care, restorative or geriatric, or hospital setting as a RN. Minimum (1) year of experience in nursing management (preferred). Current CPR Certification. Must also meet the state of South Carolina requirements for relevant licensures or certifications and have no disciplinary action in effect against professional license. Major Duties and Responsibilities Plans, develops, organizes, implements, and directs nursing services for residents for both Wing 1 and Wing 2. Ensures compliance with current applicable federal, state and local regulations and facility policies and procedures. Reviews complaints and grievances made or filed by residents, visitors, families, and staff. Makes appropriate reports to the Director of Nursing as required or as necessary. Ensures an adequate stock of medications, medical supplies, equipment, etc., is maintained in the facility at all times to adequately meet the needs of the resident and notifies appropriate personnel of needs. Assists in the development of written preliminary and comprehensive assessments of the nursing needs of each resident. Makes and/or amends nursing/aide assignments as indicated. Encourages staff to attend and participate in outside training programs and schedules times as appropriate. Review nurses’ notes to ensure they are informative and descriptive of the nursing care being provided, that they reflect the resident’s response to the care, and that such care is provided in accordance with the resident’s wishes. Round with physician/nurse practitioner as needed.

Coordinates and delegates the care with/to other professionals and ancillary personnel. Communicates findings as indicated to appropriate person(s). Must adhere to (meet) the requirements for educational hours as outlined in the NIAHO standards for Primary Stroke Center. Performs any other job related duties as requested by Nurse Manager or Director. Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina. ADN degree. BLS certified. ACLS within 1 year. Basic and Advanced Arrhythmia within 1 year. NIHHS Certificate within 1 year. Complete arrythmia course within 30 days of hire.
