We are looking for a motivated leader who is well organized and ready to manage our skilled nursing unit. The candidate should be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with not only floor staff but also the interdisciplinary team; the ability to multitask; strong clinical background/willingness to learn; ability to have end of life conversations with patients/family members; dependable and a team player.
