We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Supervisor to join our Behavioral Health team at Northbrook Behavioral Health Hospital. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our inpatient behavioral health services. Your exceptional leadership skills, clinical expertise, and passion for providing high-quality care will enable you to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and their families. Responsibilities: • Clinical Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff, ensuring that high-quality patient care is delivered in accordance with hospital policies and procedures. • Staff Management: Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing ongoing coaching, training, and support to enhance their skills and knowledge. • Quality Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient outcomes, reduce readmissions, and improve staff satisfaction. • Communication: Foster open and effective communication among staff, patients, and families, ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged in the patient's care.
