In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Work Environment: This position operates in a clinical healthcare environment. Responsibilities: Resident Care: Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene. Mobility Assistance: Help residents with mobility issues, including transferring, positioning, and ambulating safely. Documentation: Accurately document all care provided, changes in residents’ conditions, and any other pertinent information in electronic health records. Communication: Report any changes in residents’ conditions or concerns to the nursing staff or supervisor in a timely manner. Supportive Tasks: Assist with feeding, preparing meals, and providing companionship to enhance residents’ quality of life. Infection Control: Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for residents. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including nurses and physicians, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care. Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting preferred. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move residents, as well as perform physical tasks associated with patient care. Certifications: Current CNA certification in Oklahoma required. RN Weekend Supervisor

Job Title : RN (Registered Nurse) Location: Claremore, OK Department: Nursing Reports to: DON Position Type: Weekend Supervisor Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Charge Nurse to join our skilled nursing facility team. As an RN Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursing department, providing high-quality patient care, and ensuring that all nursing staff adhere to facility policies and procedures. Your leadership and clinical skills will be essential in delivering compassionate and effective care to our residents. Work Environment: This position operates in a clinical healthcare environment. Responsibilities: Supervision and Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to nursing staff to ensure high standards of care. Patient Care Management: Monitor and manage patient progress, including changes in condition, and make necessary adjustments to care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with facility policies. Quality Assurance: Ensure that care practices and documentation meet regulatory standards and facility policies. Perform regular audits of patient records and care practices to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations. Address and resolve any patient or family concerns regarding care. Communication and Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact between the nursing department and other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers. Communicate effectively with residents and their families regarding care plans, treatment options, and progress. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. Emergency Response: Respond to and manage emergency situations, providing critical care and coordinating with emergency services as needed. Conduct incident investigations and report findings as required. Qualifications: Current and valid RN license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other healthcare software. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
