Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through the American Heart Association within 6 months of hire or transfer to department. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) through the American Heart Association within 6 months of hire or transfer to department. TNCC and CPAN encouraged EKG course within one year of hire or transfer to department. Critical Care Course within one year of hire or transfer to department required. 18 months of full time RN experience in critical care area preferred.
