Educate residents and their families on health management, conditions, and treatments. Ensure adherence to all state, federal, and facility-specific regulations and standards. Respond to emergencies, assess situations, and provide critical care as needed. Participate in quality assurance activities and contribute to the facility’s continuous improvement efforts.
