Current programs include the Vertebral Compression Fracture Pathway and Skeletal Metastasis Program. The coordinator is responsible for assessing and triaging new patient referrals, coordinating patient clinic visits and follow up, reviewing clinic processes, developing and implementing clinical workflows, working collaboratively with interprofessional multidisciplinary teams to support MSK IR research projects, developing and implementing patient and staff education resources, and developing quality initiatives to promote the safe and efficient care of the MSK patient population served within the IR clinic. The Clinical Coordinator - Ambulatory Clinics supports a specialty population and/or group of specialty patients by coordinating patient care at the local level, across sites and settings, and/for the duration of the care continuum.
