NOC shift (11PM-7AM) and AM(7am-3pm weekends) is what is available at this time. As an LVN, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to our residents under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), and ensuring that the facility meets all applicable regulations and standards. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility for 3-11 shift. As an RN, you will be responsible for ensuring that residents' needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice through physician orders, facility policies and procedures, and federal, state, and local guidelines.
