As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department during the night shift ( 11pm-7am), ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work environment. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure the delivery of patient care that meets the highest standards. Enforcing policies and procedures to ensure complicance with safety standards and protocols. Conduct daily rounds to monitor patient care and address any concerns or issues Training and Development -conduct training sessions for new hires and ensure that all staff is up to date on the latest procedures and practices. Develop and implement nursing strategies to improve patient outcomes and reduce readmissions Provide support and guidance to nursing staff to improve their skills and performance Participate in quality improvement initiatives Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination Conflict Resolution-mediate for staff disputes or patient related issues. The Primary purpose of this position is to assist the Residents in accordance to their needs ranging from minimal assistance to total dependent care on activities on daily living. Prepare residents for meals, bath and take to/from dining area. Must be able to push, pull, move and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet. Must be able move intermittently through out the day. Must be a Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant. Looking for Week-End 7 AM - 3PM , 3PM - 11PM AND 11PM - 7AM SHIFTS
