Medication Administration: Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician, including injections, prescribed medications, enemas, etc. Vital Sign Monitoring: Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, etc. Patient Observation & Monitoring: Observe patients under treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications, and monitor patients’ condition including fluid intake and output. Charting: Accurately compose and maintain patient charts.
