Assistant Director of Nursing-Registered Nurse-RN Qualifications & Responsibilities: Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License Previous long-term care experience as an Assistant Director of Nursing is preferred, Prior experience managing staff required Collaborate with the facility leadership and medical director to develop, implement, and evaluate the annual infection prevention goals and action plan Establish a facility-wide system for the prevention, identification, investigation, and control of infections of residents, staff, and visitors. This will include surveillance designed to identify possible communicable disease or infections before they spread.
