RN Registered Nurse

Key Responsibilities: As a Registered Nurse, you will be essential to the clinical oversight and quality of care for our residents: Perform daily documentation of resident care, vital signs, changes in condition, and all clinical interventions accurately and completely in compliance with facility policy and state regulations. Transcribe physicians’ orders to MARs (Medication Administration Records) and ensure timely and meticulous implementation. Notify the facility pharmacy and the attending physician promptly of new or changes to orders. Safely and accurately prepare and administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by the physician. Assess, monitor, and evaluate residents’ physical and emotional well-being throughout your shift, reporting any significant status changes to the Director of Nursing and physician immediately. Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on your unit, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered. Participate in the interdisciplinary care team to develop and review personalized resident care plans. All other clinical and administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
