In this leadership role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing unit, ensuring that residents receive the highest standard of care. You will mentor staff, enforce policies, and ensure the unit functions efficiently while providing the best care for our residents. Key Responsibilities: Supervise nursing staff and manage unit operations. Develop, implement, and enforce employee policies and procedures to ensure efficient and compliant care delivery.
