Job Details We are currently seeking Registered Nurses to join our Clinical Decision Unit (CDU). Responsibilities will include: Assessing and evaluation and care of patients whose medical needs can most often be taken care of within a 24-hour time frame. Within 24 hours a determination is made as to whether a patient needs to be admitted to the hospital or discharged. Partnering with an interdisciplinary team including, but not limited to, attending physicians, hospitalists, registered nurses (RN), and ancillary staff to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction Advocating for and building meaningful relationships with patients and their loved ones through safety intervention, emotional support and education Requirements: BSN with current NYS RN licensure BLS and ACLS, Minimum one (1) year ED/ED Holding experience; telemetry a plus Salary Range USD $54.48 - USD $74.72 /Hr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
