Surgical Technologist (Certified)

Minimum Requirements: Graduate from an approved school of Operating Room Technology or Surgical Technology. Certification in Operating Room Technology or Surgical Technology is preferred. Higher pay grade if certified. Must maintain current AH CPR certification. Ability to relate effectively to patients, their families, physicians, staff, and all others using proper channels of communication. Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served. The individual must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status and interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to his/her age-specific needs, and to provide the care needed as described in the unit's/ area's/ department's policies and procedures Deliver outstanding customer service that upholds CarolinaEast's Standards of Excellence.

PRN Patient Service Representative, CEP Cardiac, Thoracic, & Vascular

Job Summary: The Patient Service Representative will have the primary responsibility to greet, instruct, direct, answer phones, and schedule patients. Serve as a liaison between patient and medical support staff.
