Job Opportunity: Director of Nursing Services (RN) We are seeking a dynamic and experienced RN Director of Nursing Services to join our team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the Nursing Services Department. Your leadership will ensure the delivery of high-quality care within approved budgets and in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality assurance program. Ensure adherence to all nursing policies, procedures, and manuals, updating them as needed.
