Collect samples and monitor catheters. Provide wound care. Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards. Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration. Help coach staff as necessary. Requirements: Current LPN license in [State] CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain) Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome!
