Plaza Healthcare and Rehab Center is seeking a talented, motivated, and hard-working Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our ever-growing team. This key leadership role also serves as the Infection Preventionist for the facility. Position Summary The Assistant Director of Nursing supports the Director of Nursing (DON) in overseeing nursing operations while leading the facility’s Infection Prevention and Control Program. This role works collaboratively with facility leadership, clinical staff, and public health authorities to ensure high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and a safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
