Minimum Qualifications Graduate from an accredited Registered Nursing program with active Texas RN licensure. CPR certification, demonstrating readiness for emergency scenarios. Minimum of three years of practical RN experience, with a preference for family medicine expertise. Previous nursing triage experience is a significant advantage. Demonstrated proficiency in clinical, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks. Spanish language fluency strongly preferred to support our diverse community commitment.
