Key Responsibilities Clinical Excellence: Deliver professional nursing care (RN or LPN scope) following state licensure laws and facility Quality Standards. Medication Management: Safely administer, document, and order medications and controlled substances. Team Leadership: Direct daily resident activities and provide mentorship/guidance to our Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Care Planning: Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to identify resident needs, set goals, and update care plans. Safety & Compliance: Ensure a safe environment by monitoring equipment and maintaining strict compliance with federal and state guidelines. Qualifications Current RN or LPN license in good standing.
