RN or LPN - Day Shift (7 am-3 pm) - Every Other Weekend About the Role: Are you a compassionate RN or LPN looking to make a genuine difference? Holy Trinity Nursing Home is seeking a dedicated nurse to join our team for the 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM shift (Every Other Weekend) . At Holy Trinity, we don’t just treat patients; we build connections. The Schedule: Shift: Day Shift (07:00 – 15:00) Rotation: Every Other Weekend required Key Responsibilities: Clinical Care: Provide professional nursing care in accordance with state licensure laws and facility Quality Standards. Medication Management: Ensure medications and controlled substances are ordered, administered, and documented safely. Leadership: Direct day-to-day resident activities and provide constructive feedback/mentorship to Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Care Planning: Identify resident care needs, contribute to goal-setting, and ensure care plans are effectively implemented. Safety & Compliance: Monitor medical equipment, investigate incidents, and ensure compliance with all federal/state guidelines. Qualifications: Current RN or LPN license in good standing. Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient safety. Excellent communication skills for interacting with families and the interdisciplinary team.
