Document and report any changes in client’s health status. Qualifications: Drivers License Auto Insurance Willing to travel 30-35 minutes within the greater JAX area Level 2 Background Screening/Fingerprinting in ACHA Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations. Bilingual- Spanish and English a plus Willingness to enforce health and safety standards.
