The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. The LPN will be responsible for administering medications, taking vital signs, performing wound care and assisting patients with daily living activities. The LPN will also be responsible for documenting patient care in the electronic health record and liaising with other healthcare professionals as needed.
